No chapter today

Sorry, wasn't happy with today's chapter so I've decided to put it back a week and try to get it right. I did get it finished, and the main thrust of it was fine, but the execution was just a bit lacklustre, and I'd rather take more time and make it read more in keeping with the style of the book than force it out half-arsed because of a deadline. Sorry about that.
